Aquino, Binay still top PPCRV vote

MANILA, Philippines—As of 8:43 a.m. Monday, or a full week after the May 10 general elections, Senator Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III and Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay maintained their lead in the presidential and vice presidential race in the partial and unofficial tally of the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV).
