Aquino, Binay continue to lead in initial tally

MANILA, Philippines – (UPDATE 2) Senator Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III and Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay widened their leads in the race for presidential and vice president respectively, as shown in the partial and unofficial results transmitted to the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting, by various precinct count optical scanning machines from 1,467 out of 76,475 precincts.
